Graham Emmanuel Baptist Church requires that all individuals interested in working with children (including any role in VBS, Awana, etc), youth, or special needs adults be background checked. Therefore, we will use the information included in this form to run a background check on you if that applies to you. If you are not serving in VBS, Awana, or in a children's ministry, you need not answer the background check answers.
